The variety of herbs in summer - whether in your own garden, in the woods and meadows, on the mountain or during a vacation in the south - can be used in many different ways. They are mostly well-known - but do you know how they can be used?
In this one-day workshop with Christine Spazier, Kräuterspatz, summer herbs will be processed and used to make tried and tested household remedies that can be used to help with sunburn, insect bites or an upset stomach. At the same time, the possibilities of preservation will be discussed and tried out so that they can be used in the kitchen, for skin care or in home remedies.
