The block of 10 allows you flexible training sessions in which you strengthen your endurance and stamina.

Jumping Fitness is an endurance and interval workout on the mini trampoline, which primarily trains the leg, bottom, abdominal and back muscles as well as the deep muscles.

Korce is mobility and stability training for a strong core. The exercise units strengthen the back muscles and increase mobility.

HOT IRON® is suitable for those who want to shape, tone and protect their body. Everyday movements such as correct bending and exercises to prevent falls are incorporated into the training.
Hot Iron 1 : Strength training with barbell and weights for beginners to strengthen all muscle groups
Hot Iron 2 : Strength endurance for advanced users
Hot Iron Cross: Hypertrophy training for targeted muscle building

JumpStep: JumpStep training on the trampoline with stepboard is a cardio workout that also increases endurance, coordination and balance as well as improving the body's flexibility.
