Would you like to discover the traditional art of processing herbs and make your own ointments? Then you are cordially invited to our aromatic fragrance workshop!
In a convivial atmosphere, we will immerse ourselves in a world that is regarded by folk medicine as a tried and tested household remedy:
- Which herbs can be used for traditional and modern ointments
- How an ointment base is made
- What different plants (parts) can be used for
Step by step you will stir your own ointments and as a bonus you will take them home with you at the end of the workshop. Let's preserve ancient knowledge together and interpret it in a modern way!
For anyone with an interest in sustainable topics. No previous knowledge is required.
The course is part of our "VHS Green" course series, which focuses on sustainability and conscious living. Aspects of sustainability are discussed, possible courses of action are shown and reflection is encouraged. The "VHS Green" course encourages personal and social change and promotes sustainable lifestyles.
