This course teaches the correct crawl and backstroke technique step by step. The aim is to acquire a joint-friendly, healthy strength endurance and cardiovascular training technique in the water, which is characterized by motivation and coordination. The focus is on breathing, the water position, the leg stroke, the arm stroke and coordination. The training can be characterized as a balanced whole-body workout that particularly benefits the spine.
Prerequisite: 200m swimming in any position, face under water should not be a problem.
