Barbecuing needs to be learned and with the charcoal barbecue you can learn the craft from scratch. How to "preheat" the charcoal
for the ideal grilling temperature. How to pre-treat the meat to keep it juicy and which cuts are particularly suitable.
The differences in preparing food with a gas or electric barbecue are also explained in this course.
The menu includes delicacies from steaks, chops and sausages to vegetables, halloumi and tofu.
