Are you at least 8 weeks postpartum (or 12 weeks after a caesarean section) and want to do something for your body again? Then this course is ideal for your gentle re-entry.
The focus is on targeted strengthening of the pelvic floor, stabilizing the core and gently rebuilding the entire musculature after pregnancy and birth. Mindful exercises not only strengthen your pelvic floor, but also promote posture, breathing and your general well-being. In addition to the physical recovery, the course also offers space for exchange, questions and mutual support in the new phase of life as a mother.

Awareness and strengthening of the pelvic floor
Strengthening the abdominal, back and postural muscles
Exercises to help close the rectus diastasis
Mobilization and gentle full-body training
Breathing and relaxation exercises
Tips for everyday life with a baby and for self-care
Target group: Women from 8 weeks after spontaneous birth or 12 weeks after caesarean section.
Important: Participation should be agreed in advance with the midwife or gynecologist.
