After giving birth, the body needs time to regenerate. The pelvic floor was put under a lot of strain during pregnancy, which is why it is particularly important to get to know, appreciate and look after yourself during this phase in order to prevent discomfort and get fit for everyday life with a baby. You will learn how to consciously feel and target your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. You will improve your breathing and posture, and your baby will be with you throughout the entire course - he or she will also receive a baby massage or be given a cuddle.
