Effective, functional full-body training (with many different tools) in a circuit based on time intervals for all age groups and levels.
Experience varied sessions with fun & dynamics in small groups. A mix of strength, endurance, stability, mobility and coordination builds "smart" muscles and prevents back and joint pain. The body becomes firmer, more defined and more efficient.
