Bodystyling is all about improving your figure, burning fat and increasing muscle endurance. The movements per muscle group are repeated much more often than in weight training. The primary goal of the training is to improve the shape of the muscles and the overall appearance. You train with dumbbells, tubes, the stepboard and a host of other sports equipment to lively music followed by stretching.
