"People Pleasing" is a very common behavior that often arises from the fear of being rejected. We want to please others in order to avoid conflict, gain recognition and create inner security. This behavior has many advantages, but can also lead to stress, frustration and a loss of identity in the long term. How to find yourself again, set healthy boundaries in your professional and/or private life and say no without a guilty conscience. This course consists of a lecture and a workshop.
