This course is aimed at expectant mothers from the 13th week of pregnancy who want to do something good for themselves and their bodies. Targeted exercises gently strengthen the back, abdomen and pelvic floor, promote mobility and alleviate typical complaints such as tension, back pain or heavy legs. Breathing exercises and conscious relaxation help you to calm down and prepare you for the birth. The course also offers a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas with other pregnant women and get in the mood for this special time together.

Stretching and mobilization exercises for relief
Breathing techniques & relaxation to prepare for birth
Tips for good posture & more well-being in everyday life
Exchange in a pleasant atmosphere
Target group: Pregnant women from the 13th week of pregnancy until birth (assuming a normal course of pregnancy).
