This course combines dynamic, strengthening (yang) and gentle, relaxing (yin) yoga elements to create a balancing practice. Active sequences promote strength, stability and flexibility, while calm positions stretch the fascial tissue and calm the nervous system. The aim is to release physical tension, get energy flowing and strengthen inner balance. Suitable for anyone who wants to support their body and mind holistically - regardless of previous experience.
