This Hatha yoga class invites you to experience a harmonious connection between body and mind. This traditional yoga practice focuses on the balance of physical exercises (asanas), breath control (pranayama) and meditation to promote health and well-being.
In this class we will explore gentle yet powerful asanas to improve flexibility, strength and balance. Through conscious breathing and holding the postures, we will allow the mind to calm down and find inner peace. Hatha Yoga is suitable for all ages and fitness levels as the exercises can be customized.
