Fitness courses - FitnessKARTE

Fit and flexible throughout the year - with your VHS-FitnessCARD!
With the fitness card, you can choose from several courses for just € 200 and attend them as often and flexibly as you like! The fitness card is particularly suitable for all those who are unable to attend regular courses for professional reasons, would like to try something new, exercise more often than once a week or simply want to try out one of our fitness courses.

The following courses can be attended with the fitness card for Wolfsberg and Völkermarkt:

WOLFSBERG: 3972101 Yoga I, 3972102 Yoga II, 3972007 Yoga for more flexibility and physical strength (Thursday), 3972108 Yoga for back, posture and stability, 3972009 Self-help for the spine, 3973101 Abdominal-leg-buttocks, 3973102 Step aerobics, 3973103 Power workout on the mat.

VÖLKERMARKT: 3772101 Hatha Yoga, 3772103 Hatha Yoga - focus on health (Eberndorf), 3772104 Yoga in Völkermarkt, 3772109 Spine Fit, 3773101 Fit Training, 3773102 Pilates & Back Fit, 3773103 Pilates & Abdominal-Leg-Po.

Conditions of participation:
- The FitnessKARTE is non-transferable and is only accepted as admission to the respective courses in combination with a valid photo ID.
- The FitnessKARTE is valid for one semester.
- The general terms and conditions of the Carinthian adult education centers apply.
- Courses with an insufficient number of participants may be canceled.
- The individual courses included in the fitness card do not have to be booked separately.
- The AK education voucher worth € 100 or € 150 can be redeemed.
