This course is a gentle introduction to classic Hatha yoga. It includes body awareness exercises, breathing exercises, a wide range of beneficial postures and deep relaxation at the end of each class. The mindful form of movement of hatha yoga promotes strength and flexibility of the body, calms the mind and leads to emotional balance.
