This cooking workshop is all about plant power instead of animal products. A TCM nutrition expert will show you how simple, tasty and varied vegan cuisine can be. You will cook vegan savory and sweet dishes together - regional, seasonal, with unprocessed foods and predominantly organic. Let yourself be inspired to try something new.

The course is part of our "VHS Green" course series, which focuses on sustainability and conscious living. Aspects of sustainability are discussed, possible courses of action are shown and reflection is encouraged. The "VHS Green" course encourages personal and social change and promotes sustainable lifestyles.
