Adult course: "Magical worlds of herbs for little explorers"

In this inspiring workshop, we will delve into the world of local wild herbs - with a focus on how we can give children access to herbalism throughout the year in a playful, mindful and age-appropriate way.
We will also take a brief excursion into the various annual festivals.

Using easily recognizable, edible wild herbs, we combine theoretical knowledge with practical impulses. We will learn how these plants can be discovered with all the senses and incorporated into creative hands-on activities for children - whether as nature games, stories, small herbal dishes or simple remedies for well-being.

Target group: Adult course for elementary school teachers, educators & interested parties

For anyone with an interest in sustainable topics. No previous knowledge is required.

The course is part of our "VHS Green" course series, which focuses on sustainability and conscious living. Aspects of sustainability are discussed, opportunities for action are highlighted and reflection is encouraged. The "VHS Green" course encourages personal and social change and promotes sustainable lifestyles.
