In an exciting Expert:innentalk, Beate Gfrerer and Astrid Körner discuss the role of women in leadership positions, especially within the church. The discussion will focus on challenges and progress in equality, structural barriers for women in the church and social sector and the compatibility of career and family. It will also look at the importance of education - including their personal educational biographies - networking and courageous leadership in order to shape sustainable change.
