Aims and areas of application of intuitive-therapeutic archery for children and relatives:
As mental training:
Tense and relax:
Build and release tension in a targeted manner. During the school day, children are constantly faced with the challenge of building up the necessary tension to tackle complex tasks - alone or in a team - in a concentrated manner, and to release the existing tension again so that no permanent mental stress arises.
Mindfulness with my environment
Calming the body-mind coordination increases perception.
Promote a sense of the processes that take place within yourself and in your environment.
Becoming more aware of yourself and your surroundings. Taking responsibility for yourself and others.
Strengthening the ability to perceive and awareness
Stability and groundedness, improving body awareness.
Learning a conscious breathing process in harmony with movement.
Getting involved in this activity.
Learning to act in the here and now. (shows whether the shooter is mentally somewhere else)
Trains stamina and willpower, concentration and goal orientation.
Support with concentration difficulties
Strengthening concentration through special concentration exercises.
Release mental tension
Strengthen self-esteem through various forms of play with bow and arrow
As physical training:
Proven training of the spine (neck, chest, lumbar spine)
Strengthening the shoulder, neck and arm muscles
Strengthening the core muscles and stability
Coordination training - hand and eye
Improving balance
Training of straight, upright posture
