FITTE MITTE 2 - Pelvic floor meets Pilates & Co (advanced course), activity room 145€ for 8 units Date: Tuesday, 19.00-20.00 hrs
In this FITTE MITTE advanced course, we will actively implement a colorful mix of workouts for holistic body strengthening. We integrate the pelvic floor into light and complex movement sequences to strengthen the deep abdominal muscles, build stability in the back and counteract pelvic floor problems. The training combines the best of Pilates and functional fitness training, including the use of small equipment. The combination of breathing and movement, as well as stretching and relaxation, are always at the center of the exercises. I will show you how full-body training for the pelvic floor can actually be fun! For women of all ages, all fitness levels are welcome.
Prerequisite: pelvic floor basics should be largely known. If you want to learn the basics first, are pregnant or have just given birth, you are welcome to join the "FITTE MITTE 1 basic course".
