This course offers a varied program of strength, movement and stretching exercises for the whole body. In particular, the use of barbells and additional weights is used to work on posture and strengthen the core muscles. By accessing body awareness and with targeted exercises for the deep stability of the spine, you have a preventative effect against back problems. Targeted mat training and relaxation exercises round off the course.
