The "Against Violence" days of action take place every year between November 25 and December 10. This campaign period is used worldwide to address the extent of violence against women, raise awareness in society and sensitize people to the issue.
This course is designed to help women strengthen their self-esteem and learn protection, defense and liberation techniques so that they are prepared and equipped in the event of an attack.
