This varied training concept combines HIIT workouts, strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility, stability as well as relaxation and regeneration - ideal for all ages and fitness levels (16-99 years).

Whether beginner, advanced or "hulk", we offer tailor-made exercises that increase endurance, strengthen muscles and improve flexibility.
Strength training: Strengthening the entire body with free weights and body weight.
Endurance: Cardio training for more energy and better cardiovascular health.
Flexibility: stretching and mobilization for better mobility.
Stability: Core exercises for a strong core and better posture.
HIIT: Maximum fat burning in short, intensive intervals.
