Discover the art of real bread baking! In this course, you will learn step by step how to make aromatic, moist bread using natural sourdough.

You will learn interesting facts about types of grain and flour, purchasing and storage as well as valuable tips and tricks for perfect results. Under expert guidance, you will bake your own bread - completely natural, fragrant and with an incomparable taste.


For anyone with an interest in sustainable topics. No previous knowledge is required.

The course is part of our "VHS Green" course series, which focuses on sustainability and conscious living.
