From ancient barley juice to the modern art of brewing: this lecture takes you on an exciting journey through the history of beer. Learn how beer is created, what role raw materials, brewing technology and sensory analysis play and how the beer market has developed. Afterwards, you will taste selected beers together with former brewery director and beer sommelier Thomas Santler and discover how diverse the taste and style of this traditional culture are.
