With the block of 10 you can attend all the classes in the Fit and Strong timetable. There are 45-minute and 90-minute units. Endurance, strengthening and muscle-building sessions are offered. The classes take place at different locations depending on the weather, and of course OUTDOOR when the weather is fine.

This course is a cooperation with the Fit & Strong fitness studio.
