With the Aktivraum 10-ticket you can attend all Pilates classes according to the timetable of the Aktivraum in Klagenfurt. This flexibility allows you to customize your exercise experience. Whether you are a beginner or have already mastered advanced techniques, the variety on offer has something for everyone.
As a double-certified Pilates instructor, I will guide you in the physiologically correct execution of all exercises. You can join at any time!
Pilates is holistic strength training with a focus on the core, flexibility, stretching and conscious breathing. This will help you build a strong and stable body center. My Pilates classes offer you powerful and complex sequences that will make you sweat. This is demanding and exhausting, but you will notice that you don't feel completely exhausted afterwards. On the contrary, you will feel strong and balanced because the exercises are performed in a conscious and controlled manner with body tension. There are also quieter moments in which we focus more on the principles of breathing and concentration. Mat Pilates is pure training - with your body, gravity and full control. Clearly instructed, precise, holistic. Small equipment such as softballs, Pilates rollers, magic circles and weights provide variety and allow you to discover new facets of the exercises time and time again! We also offer specials such as candlelight Pilates, beginner workshops, Pilates in the countryside, etc.
