Qigong are soft, round movements that are performed while standing. Each exercise has its own sequence. Individually adapted, the exercises are feasible for EVERYONE. The metabolism and blood circulation are stimulated. The exercises have a stress-reducing effect. The mobility of the joints is improved and muscles are relaxed, while special breathing exercises have a positive effect on the whole body.
Qigong calms the soul, strengthens the body and has a clearing effect on the mind.
The body can regenerate better after surgery or illness, helps with chronic illnesses, is better equipped against environmental influences, has more antibodies, is fitter, improves restless sleep and also improves coordination.
