A protected space for exchange, relief and new strength. Many women carry silently what no one sees. Perhaps you live or work alongside someone with an alcohol dependency/addiction issue - as a partner, daughter, sister, mother or colleague. Perhaps you know the feeling of having to function, of having to remain silent even though everything is screaming inside.
