This functional workout for the spine, core and widespread imbalances alternates between strengthening and stretching or loading and unloading. Coordination exercises and standing postures round off the unit. Postures are precisely instructed, slowly assumed and held. Body awareness and perception are strengthened and breathing is used consciously. Pleasant sounds accompany the session.
