In this course, we practise a gentle form of yoga. By holding stretching positions for longer periods of time, you target the deep layers of fascia. This allows you to release adhesions, improve your flexibility and strengthen your body awareness.
In addition, simple somatic exercises are incorporated to calm your nervous system and help prevent stress - an effective balance to a hectic everyday life.
No previous experience is required - just a willingness to be mindful of yourself. The course is ideal for all women who want to promote their fascial health and bring more calm into their everyday lives.
