Legal issues relating to property boundaries, rights of way and rights of use are often the cause of conflicts in agriculture and forestry - and often lead to expensive disputes.
This seminar provides you with practical basic knowledge so that you can act with confidence and avoid conflicts.
In the first part, you will learn important facts about land boundaries, land registers and boundary disputes. You will then learn everything you need to know about servitude paths, rights of way, rights of way and their legal framework. Finally, the focus is on grazing and wood procurement rights.
