This course is aimed at anyone who wants to do something good for their body and mind in a mindful way. Gentle yoga combines calm, flowing movements with conscious breathing to promote well-being and inner balance.
The focus is on gentle strengthening of the muscles, stretching exercises for more suppleness in everyday life as well as breathing training and special breathing techniques (pranayama). The practice is complemented by simple meditations and relaxation techniques that help to reduce stress and recharge your batteries.
Prerequisites: the course is for beginners, as well as for anyone who would like to practise yoga in a mindful, calm form
