The forest is a place of peace, regeneration and strength - just as we women need it again and again in the different phases of our lives. In this workshop, we will immerse ourselves in nature and discover how medicinal plants, exercise, nutrition, rituals and mindfulness can strengthen us on a physical and mental level.
Together we will explore forests and meadows, get to know women's herbs in their natural environment and learn how they support our well-being at every stage of life - from puberty to the menopause.
In small practical sessions, we make little treasures for body and soul - from what nature gives us. In addition, we will focus on exercise, relaxation, nutrition and mental balance - for a conscious, loving and powerful womanhood.
This day invites you to connect with nature, your body and your inner strength - holistically, sensually and connected to the earth
The course is part of our "VHS Green" course series, which focuses on sustainability and conscious living. Aspects of sustainability are addressed, possible courses of action are shown and reflection is encouraged. The "VHS Green" course encourages personal and social change and promotes sustainable lifestyles. The learning objectives are to acquire knowledge about, for example, ecological, social and economic interrelationships and to motivate students to act in a reflective, responsible and resource-conserving manner. #vhsforfuture #BNE
