Resin is an ancient natural remedy with amazing effects - anti-inflammatory, healing and versatile.
In this workshop you will learn how to collect spruce and larch resin yourself and make your own products from it - from ointments to simple applications for health and care. Let yourself be inspired by folk medicine and discover how valuable resin still is for your well-being today.
The course is part of our "VHS Green" course series, which focuses on sustainability and conscious living. Aspects of sustainability are addressed, possible courses of action are shown and reflection is encouraged. The "VHS Green" course encourages personal and social change and promotes sustainable lifestyles. The learning objectives are to acquire knowledge about, for example, ecological, social and economic interrelationships and to motivate students to act in a reflective, responsible and resource-conserving manner. #vhsforfuture #BNE
