In this course you will receive a step-by-step explanation of how to make sourdough. Together with the instructor, you will prepare an active sourdough that you can take with you and continue to care for. You will also receive a homemade bread dough to take home, which will be ready to bake after about five hours. The course price includes a proofing basket for each participant for future bread projects.
