In this dance class, we start the day with an active and lively start! Especially for our young-at-heart ladies, we develop trendy choreographies to Latin American rhythms. Elements from dances such as boogie, salsa, rumba, cha-cha-cha and many more are danced. The dance course is the ideal opportunity for women who want to experience Latin American flair without a partner, but numerous elegant elements from classic standard dances, such as waltz or tango, are also used. The dance units not only challenge and encourage your body, but also your mind.
