The following topics can be covered in this workshop:
- Welcoming the participants and recording attendance
- Assessment of the participants' level of knowledge by the course leader
- Clarification of desired topics and learning content that have a clear connection to the everyday life and needs of the participants
- Clarification of what is meant by AI
- Areas of application of AI (image recognition, speech recognition, semantic speech recognition, pattern recognition, process optimization)
- Possible applications of AI in everyday life (smart home, smartphone, social media/streaming services, navigation)
- Functionality of chatgpt (LLM, prompt engineering)
- Copyright law
- Getting to know other useful (free) AI tools
- Possibilities of new technologies
- Advantages and benefits for users in everyday life/profession
- Further developments in the field of AI
- Limitations and possible risks of AI
- Strong focus on the needs of the participants
- Practical examples and exercises are geared towards the participants' everyday lives
- Advantages and concrete application possibilities of the knowledge imparted are explained
- Ongoing answers to individual questions
- Questions are asked to build a bridge to the learner's previous knowledge and to ensure comprehensibility

The low-threshold workshop offering is primarily aimed at groups of people who do not currently make use of corresponding educational offers and who are also unable to acquire the necessary digital skills on their own.
Digital Überall is a free workshop program for digital beginners that offers 4,500 workshops throughout Austria. The low-threshold offer is financed by the Federal Chancellery as part of the Digital Competence Offensive and is managed by the Office for Digital Competences at the OeAD.
