You can tap dance at any age, it's fun, trains the body and the mind. Tap dancing improves balance and coordination.
Instructor Barbara Thonhauser, a qualified dance teacher, describes tap dance as a danced rhythm.
Target group: anyone who likes to move and enjoys music. Especially people of a more mature age!
Tap shoes are not absolutely necessary for this beginners' course.
