Comfortable sportswear, water bottle General information: Booking procedure: After the course registration, the data will be forwarded to our cooperation partner. You will then receive access to the Eversports booking platform. Participants will receive a coupon code that can be used to purchase a 5-block ticket free of charge on the website. The sessions can then be booked independently via the Eversports system (Eversports GP Pilates Studio). Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the session on Eversports, in the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the lesson will be charged. The studio reserves the right to cancel classes up to 4 hours before the start. The block of 5 is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
Pilates on the mat is the classic form of Pilates training and focuses on the basic principles of breathing, control, precision and concentration. It not only strengthens your muscles and body awareness, but also your powerhouse. The training is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. The use of various aids such as the Pilates ball, Pilates ring or weights as well as elements from barre training keeps it varied and challenging. You train with your own body weight on the mat and can concentrate fully on yourself and your body.

Prerequisites: This course is not suitable for people with health problems or for pregnant women and women up to 6 months after giving birth (or with medical clearance). Dates: All mat classes are open to participants from Monday to Sunday, one session lasts 55 minutes.
