This course is all about airy doughs, crispy bases and the unmistakable taste of homemade sourdough. You will learn step by step how to make and care for a sourdough and how to use it successfully for summer pizza and focaccia creations - without any previous knowledge.

Together we will prepare light, aromatic doughs and turn them into delicious pizzas and golden-brown focaccia. The focus is on fresh, seasonal ingredients: from Mediterranean classics to creative, summery variations. You will receive practical tips on dough management, rising times and baking - so that you are guaranteed to succeed at home.

Look forward to an enjoyable workshop with lots of practice, new ideas and the aroma of freshly baked bread. Ideal for anyone who wants to get to know sourdough in an uncomplicated way and improve their baking skills. There will be plenty of time to try things out and your questions are very welcome - so that you can put what you have learned into practice at home.
