Yin yoga is a calm, meditative style of yoga in which postures are held for several minutes. The focus is on letting go deeply and engaging the fascia, joints and deep muscles.
Accompanied by gentle music, a space is created in which you can come into your own.
At the end, you are left with a feeling of spaciousness, lightness and deep relaxation - like a balmy summer evening.

LEVEL: BEGINNER:INTERNAL and ADVANCED
