In this workshop, you will learn how to easily put together nutrient-rich and protein-rich bowls yourself. Together we will combine fresh, colorful seasonal ingredients with high-quality plant and animal protein sources, toppings and aromatic dressings to create balanced and filling bowls that are not only healthy, but also taste really good. You will receive practical tips on the right composition and learn more about plant and animal protein sources.
