This course is aimed at runners of all ages with some running experience who want to supplement their training and improve their performance in the long term. The focus is on the athletic basis of running: stability, strength, flexibility and coordination. Because efficient, injury-free running doesn't just start with kilometers - it starts with a strong body.

What you can expect:
- Running ABC and technique training
- Functional strengthening and yoga exercises specifically for runners
- Core training for more stability and running economy
- Mobilization and mobility exercises
- Coordination and reactive strength elements
- Interval formats with an athletic focus, also for preparing for Hyrox competitions

- More stability and strength, also for longer/faster runs

The course is ideal for you if you already have some running experience, run regularly and want to expand your training in a structured and enjoyable way. With a holistic view of movement, I combine running training, athletics and body awareness. My aim is to make you more stable, stronger and easier to run with - with joy and sustainability.
