#Keep fit+

#Keep fit+ ist ein Angebot zur Förderung der psychischen und psychosozialen Gesundheit von Jugendlichen, jungen Erwachsenen, Eltern und Bezugspersonen.

Das Angebot von #Keep fit+ umfasst kostenlose Workshops und Vorträge, die online und in Präsenz stattfinden und sich mit Themen aus der Lebenswelt von Jugendlichen, jungen Erwachsenen, Eltern und Bezugspersonen befasst. Das Projekt wird Mitteln des Familienreferats und Jugendreferats des Landes Kärnten gefördert. Alle Angebote sind kostenlos.
