Neu in Kärnten: Beweg‘ dich – Gesunder Rücken

Mit Bewegung die Rückengesundheit stärken
Viel Stress, langes Sitzen oder Stehen: Rückenbeschwerden sind zur Volkskrankheit geworden. Doch regelmäßige Bewegung trainiert Ihren Körper und hilft, schmerzhaften Verspannungen und chronischen Rückenproblemen vorzubeugen. Die kostenlosen Kurse „Beweg‘ dich - Gesunder Rücken“ der Österreichischen Gesundheitskasse (ÖGK) arbeiten gezielt und nachhaltig an der Rückengesundheit. 
Die Kurse sind geeignet für alle Personen ab 18 Jahren mit leichten Rückenbeschwerden oder Risikofaktoren für Rückenprobleme. Es ist keine ärztliche Bestätigung notwendig.
Nicht teilnehmen können Personen mit akutem medizinisch/therapeutischen Behandlungsbedarf. Die Teilnahme am Kurs ist kostenlos, eine vorherige Anmeldung ist erforderlich. 

Nachhaltige Gruppenkurse mit erfahrenen Trainer:innen
Die kostenlosen Bewegungskurse dauern jeweils eine Stunde und finden zwei Mal wöchentlich für die Dauer von 14 Wochen statt. Die meisten Kurse finden nachmittags statt, um auch berufstätigen Personen eine Teilnahme zu ermöglichen.

Erfahrene Trainer:innen mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Rückengesundheit gestalten schonende und wohltuende Einheiten. Mit einfachen Übungen kräftigen die Teilnehmer*innen im Kurs ihre Rumpfmuskulatur und lockern durch Beweglichkeitstraining Verspannungen. Zusätzlich erhalten sie Tipps für einen rückenschonenden Alltag und die Entlastung ihrer Wirbelsäule.
Besonderes Augenmerk wird im Konzept auf die Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Zwei Theorieeinheiten helfen den Teilnehmer:innen dabei, die Motivation des Gruppenkurses mitzunehmen und langfristig ihre Rückengesundheit zu verbessern.
