easykids fix – gemeinsam gesund groß werden!

 

Das Präventionsprogramm richtet sich an Familien mit übergewichtigen Kindern und Jugendlichen, im Alter von 6-14 Jahren und begleitet sie ein Stück auf dem Weg zu einem nachhaltig gesünderen Lebensstil. Unterstützt von Expertinnen und Experten aus den Bereichen Ernährung, Bewegung und Psychologie erarbeiten die Familien neue Verhaltensweisen, die Schritt für Schritt in den Alltag integriert werden. 

 

Die Vorteile von easykids fix für teilnehmende Familien: 

 

  • Gemeinsam werden individuelle und gut erreichbare Ernährungs- und Bewegungsziele erarbeitet.
  • Empfehlungen von Fachexpertinnen und –experten zur Verhaltensänderung werden spielerisch und nachhaltig vermittelt
  • Die Familien erhalten Tipps und Tricks für eine ausgewogene Ernährung und mehr Bewegung im Alltag
  • Bei den regelmäßigen Treffen motivieren sich die teilnehmenden Familien gegenseitig beim Einüben der neuen Alltagsgewohnheiten
  • Die Teilnahme am easykids fix - Kompaktprogramm ist kostenlos.
