Leichter leben- Blutwerte und Körpergewicht im Griff

Die kostenlosen Gruppenkurse richten sich an Personen ab 18 Jahren mit Mehrgewicht und/oder erhöhten Blutzucker-, Blutfett- oder Blutdruckwerten, die ihre Gesundheit aktiv stärken und ihre Lebensweise nachhaltig verbessern möchten

In interdisziplinär begleiteten Gruppenterminen lernen Sie:

✅ Motivation für einen aktiveren Alltag

✅ Gesunde Ernährung – praxisnah im Kochkurs
