Das Projekt SELF (Schule-Eltern-Lernen-Familie) unterstützt bildungsbenachteiligte Familien und steigert die Bildungschancen von Eltern und Kindern.

SELF hilft dabei, familiäre, soziale und gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen zu bewältigen sowie die Integration in die Gesellschaft zu verbessern. Durch niederschwellige und bedarfsgerechte Angebote werden Eltern erreicht, die bisher wenig Zugang zu Bildung hatten, insbesondere solche mit geringem sozioökonomischem Status und Bildungsbenachteiligung. Das Projekt stärkt die Eltern-Kind-Bindung, bietet individuelle Bildungsangebote und fördert Grundkulturtechniken. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen und Kindergärten werden wöchentliche Angebote von fachspezifischen Trainer:innen durchgeführt.

Angebote

  • Basisbildung/Deutschtraining an Schulen mittel DAF/DAZ-Trainerin
  • Workshops zu den Themen Schulorganisation, Bildungssystem, Lerntechniken
  • Erfahrungsaustausch: Offene Gesprächsrunden, Elterncafés für Austausch
  • Workshops zu Alltagsorganisation (z.B.: Gesunder Morgen)
  • Workshops zur Förderung der Eltern-Kind-Beziehung (z.B.: Elterliche Grenzen, Gemeinsames Lesen)
  • Workshops zur Förderung von Bildung in den Bereichen Medien und Gesundheit
  • Workshops zur Finanziellen Bildung/Alltagskompetenzen (z.B.: Haushaltsrechnungen, Geldmanagement, Verträge, Formulare)
  • Workshops zu Nachhaltigkeit/Umweltbewusstsein (Förderung von Umweltbewusstsein und nachhaltigem Handeln)
